Dangote Cement Treasury Head Buys 986 Shares for ₦996,491

Dangote Cement’s Head of Treasury, Omode Emmanuel Oladimeji, has purchased 986 ordinary shares in the company for ₦996,491.01. The transaction, disclosed to the Nigerian Exchange as an initial insider-dealing notification, was completed on May 4, 2026. It included 263 shares bought at ₦1,008.15 each and 723 shares bought at ₦1,013.13 each, averaging about ₦1,010.64 per share. Insider-dealing disclosures are required under NGX rules to ensure transparency in transactions involving executives and other company insiders. Dangote Cement shares were trading at ₦1,034 as of September 9, 2026, valuing the company at about ₦17.45 trillion.
