My Search for Truth: A Journey Through Six Faiths
I’ve explored many faiths. I practiced traditional religion, Islam, the Grail message, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Catholicism, and Pentecostalism. I was born to a Catholic mother and a Pentecostal father. My mother made me attend baptism and confirmation while my dad led me in daily morning prayers. After my mother passed away, I left the Catholic Church. I moved to Port Harcourt to live with my uncle and joined Jehovah’s Witnesses. Two years later, I stopped going to church. When I developed an eye problem, I prayed for healing. God answered, and I left the Witnesses for good. At university, I joined a Pentecostal church called Gospel Pillars and became a leader. The prosperity gospel left me disappointed. I gave much but saw no reward. Four years later, I left and continue my search for truth.
