NANS Urges Students to Unite Against Insecurity and Protect Democracy

NANS Urges Students to Unite Against Insecurity and Protect Democracy

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has called on all students to set aside tribal, religious, and regional differences. They stressed that insecurity is a shared challenge that affects every community. NANS leaders urged students to partner with government and stakeholders in promoting peace, security, and national development. They highlighted the vital role of young people in upholding democratic values and fostering mutual respect across Nigeria. Members of NANS under President Akinteye Babatunde Afeez reaffirmed their commitment to supporting student welfare and strengthening national unity. They encouraged students in Colleges of Education and other tertiary institutions to stay law-abiding, patriotic, and dedicated to building a safer, stronger nation.
