Rotary Clubs Offer Free Cataract Screening and Surgery Outreach in Isolo

The Rotary Clubs of Isolo and Okota, working with the Indo Eye Care Foundation, will hold a free cataract surgery outreach for residents of Lagos and Ogun states on Saturday, 24 October 2026. The programme will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 15 Ganiyu Sogunle Street, Ire-Akari Estate, Isolo. It will provide free eye consultations, cataract screening and assessments, while eligible patients will be offered surgery at no cost. The outreach is aimed particularly at older people and low-income residents living with blurred vision, eye discomfort or poor eyesight. Qualified eye specialists will be available to attend to participants.
