FRSC Officer Arraigned by ICPC Over N4.3m Job Racketeering Charges
An FRSC officer, Mohammed Adamu Ndagiyapa, appeared before the FCT High Court in Abuja on allegations of job racketeering and abuse of office involving N4.31 million. The ICPC charges him with receiving N3.26 million from one source and N1.05 million from another under the pretext of securing employment in the Federal Road Safety Corps. He pleaded not guilty to four counts under the Corrupt Practices Act. The court granted administrative bail and adjourned for trial to begin on 16 September 2026.
