Lolacozy Homes is a fast-growing furniture and décor company based in Surulere, Lagos. We’re seeking a smart, enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and drive sales. You will handle enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls and walk-ins. Key duties include converting leads into orders, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining customer records, following up with prospects and creating simple product showcase videos using a smartphone. Candidates should have an HND or Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of sales or customer service experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with social media platforms and residency in Surulere or its environs are required. Experience in furniture or home décor sales is a plus.
