Super Eagles Open AFCON 2027 Qualifiers at Home to Madagascar
The Super Eagles kick off their 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign with a home match against Madagascar at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on September 28. Four days later, coach Éric Chelle’s side travels to Guinea-Bissau for the second fixture. In November, Nigeria faces co-hosts Tanzania away in Dar es Salaam before returning to Uyo to host the Taifa Stars on November 11. The qualification series concludes with return games against Guinea-Bissau and Madagascar. According to Completesports, the Super Eagles will aim to build early momentum on home soil.
