Can a Beginner Learn French in Two Years for Canadian PR?
I would like honest advice from people who have gone through this process or understand Canada’s permanent residency requirements. Can someone with no French background learn enough within two years to take the required language exam and improve their chances of qualifying for Canadian PR? The person is between 35 and 40 years old. Is the French exam similar to IELTS, where speaking alone is not enough and candidates must meet standards in reading, writing and listening too? Please, no sugar-coating—only practical and truthful answers.
