Liberian Author Launches Two Books to Preserve African Heritage and Inspire Youth
Monica Adaa Ojile unveiled two new books, Tor Adaa and Harrietta, at a launch in Kaduna. She says the works champion African culture and inspire young people to explore writing and storytelling. Tor Adaa is a biography of her late grandfather. It aims to document family history and encourage elders to share their life experiences with younger generations. Harrietta blends real-life experiences with fiction to explore themes of spirituality and the coexistence of humans and spirit beings. The author hopes these stories will guide youths toward creativity and positive expression.
