Hiring: E-Commerce Operations Manager in VI, Lagos

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead our supermarket’s online sales and delivery team in Victoria Island, Lagos. You will manage daily order processing, inventory replenishment, picking, packing, and last-mile delivery. You will coordinate with store, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, monitor sales performance, and resolve operational challenges. Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG operations. Strong understanding of inventory management and last-mile delivery. Proven team leadership skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
