Afriland Properties Posts ₦4.07bn Revenue, ₦329.7m Dividend as Assets Surge

Afriland Properties Plc reported revenue of ₦4.07 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, up 8% from the previous year. Gross profit rose to ₦3.51 billion, reflecting improved cost efficiency despite a drop in pre-tax profit to ₦2.60 billion. Total assets climbed 33% to ₦65 billion, while shareholders’ funds inched up to ₦36.09 billion. The board approved a total dividend payout of ₦329.7 million, or 24 kobo per share, split between interim and final payments. Chairman Emmanuel Nnorom highlighted the company’s resilience in a challenging market. CEO Azubike Emodi said diversified operations in development, facilities management, and investment underpinned the performance. Management plans to pursue growth in Nigeria’s residential and commercial real estate sectors while optimising existing assets.
