TikTok star Habeeb Peller Hamzat, known as Peller, has revealed the harsh reality of his recent police detention. He says he spent almost four days in a cell without eating or bathing after his July arrest along Lekki’s Coastal Road. Peller described the experience as one of the toughest of his life. He shared on Snapchat that he felt treated unfairly but trusted divine intervention for his release on N500,000 bail. The ordeal, he says, taught him patience and showed who his true supporters are. Despite the hardship, fellow inmates nicknamed him “001,” bringing unexpected moments of levity. Now free, Peller plans to focus on his upcoming wedding before leaving Nigeria.
