Emeka Ike Threatens Legal Action After Wike’s Aide Leaks His Voter Data

Actor Emeka Ike says he will sue Lere Olayinka after the FCT minister’s media aide published his personal voter details from the INEC portal. Olayinka posted images showing Ike’s VIN, application number, profile picture and registration centre, revealing his transfer from Imo State to the FCT on May 15. On Channels Television’s The Morning Brief, Ike called the leak “the height of political rascality” and a slap on every Nigerian. He warned that this breach of privacy must stop and vowed, “Actions are ready. I’m ready to take him on.” Ike also explained that he shifted his House of Representatives bid from his home state to AMAC/Bwari after supporters in Abuja urged him to run for their constituency.
