YouTube Star Stuu to Be Extradited to Poland Over Child Abuse Charges
British YouTube star Stuart Kluz-Burton, known online as Stuu, will be sent to Poland to face allegations of child sex offences and inducing minors to drink alcohol. The High Court last week dismissed his challenge to a February 2025 extradition order. Kluz-Burton, 34, has 4.1 million YouTube subscribers and holds dual British-Polish citizenship. He began his online career in Poland in 2014 before returning to the UK to care for his mother in Luton. Polish authorities accuse him of two counts of sexual activity with girls under 15, with incidents dating from 2015 and 2018. He also faces two charges of encouraging minors to drink alcohol. The maximum penalty for these offences under Polish law is 12 years' imprisonment. In rejecting his appeal, Lord Justice Holgate and Mr Justice Johnson found no evidence that statements by senior Polish politicians amounted to improper pressure on the courts. They ruled the case remained a routine criminal investigation despite its high public profile.
