The final gold came in the women’s 4x400m relay, where Esther Okon, Toheebat Jimoh, Jecinter Lawrence, and Patience Okon-George clocked 3:29.25 to top the podium. South Africa retained the overall title with 20 medals, while Kenya and Ethiopia secured second and third places respectively.
