MiniStats Seeks Operations and Community Assistant in Lagos

MiniStats is hiring a full-time Operations and Community Assistant to support its football identity and scouting platform for Nigerian players. The role is remote, with in-person support required for assessment events in Lagos. Responsibilities include managing inquiries across messaging and social platforms, coordinating outreach to academies and coaches, maintaining records, supporting player assessment-day logistics, and scheduling content for social media. The assistant will also work with creators and partners on campaigns and handle general administrative tasks. Applicants should be organised, reliable and comfortable working independently. Strong written English, social-media skills, familiarity with spreadsheets and messaging tools, and careful handling of sensitive player data are required. Interest in grassroots Nigerian football is an advantage. To apply, send a short message explaining your interest, relevant experience and salary expectation to the contact email provided by the employer.
