A fast-growing IVF clinic in Ajah is looking for a Health Records Officer to join its team immediately. Applicants must live within Ajah or its surrounding areas to be considered. In this role, you will manage patient information with accuracy and confidentiality. You will register new patients, update and retrieve medical records, apply ICD-10 coding, schedule appointments, and compile clinical statistics for reporting. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Health Records and Information Management, Health Information Science, or a related field.
