Atiku and Lawal Clash Over ADC Primary Conduct and 2027 Bid

Atiku Abubakar’s team has dismissed Babachir Lawal’s allegations about the African Democratic Congress primary as baseless and rooted in personal disappointment. Phrank Shaibu, Atiku’s senior spokesman, said Lawal offered no evidence during a recent TV interview and relied instead on grievance and political revisionism. ADC should release detailed records of its primary vote counts and procedures so members can judge if any misconduct occurred.
