Okonkwo Brands Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso ‘Political Conmen’ After Leaving ADC
Kenneth Okonkwo has criticised Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso for exiting the ADC coalition and joining the NDC. He described their move as insincere and accused them of betraying a shared goal to unseat President Tinubu. Okonkwo pointed out that both men initially hailed coalition as the only path to victory. He alleged they abandoned the ADC to dodge its primary election, suggesting their departure indirectly supports Tinubu’s re-election. Despite the exits, he insisted the coalition’s mission remains strong. He predicted the South-East and South-South will align with the coalition and the North in 2027, ending what he called years of marginalisation. Okonkwo also warned that Obi’s “Obi or nothing” slogan clashes with Igbo cultural values and may cost him South-East votes. He emphasised his focus is on ensuring Nigeria elects a capable president, not on personal attacks.
