INEC Opens 2026 Recruitment Portal for Permanent Roles Nationwide

The Independent National Electoral Commission has opened its portal for 2026 recruitment. This drive offers permanent roles across all states and the FCT. The application window runs from 20 to 27 July 2026, so act fast. INEC is hiring at three levels: entry (Grade Level 07), graduate (Grade Level 08) and experienced professionals (Grade Levels 09–14). Roles include Accountants, Lawyers, ICT Officers, Engineers and more. Applicants must be Nigerian citizens. Entry-level candidates must be 35 or younger. Experienced hires can be up to 45. A minimum of NCE or ND is needed for entry roles. Graduates need a bachelor’s degree or HND. NYSC completion and a state of origin certificate are essential. You must be medically fit and computer literate. To apply, register on the official recruitment portal, complete your profile, upload required documents and submit before the deadline.
