Chasing Illusions Online: My Marriage Regret

Two years ago, I believed I was peaceful, happy, and blessed with a loving husband, Mark. He wasn’t wealthy, but he was dedicated and did his best to make me comfortable. I saw his potential, his character, and I truly loved him. Then I started watching social media videos on women empowerment. They preached that I shouldn’t settle for a poor man. I compared Mark to wealthy strangers online. I grew disrespectful and began complaining constantly. I eventually divorced him and moved in with a successful businessman. At first, I felt proud. Soon, he treated me like a servant with no respect. That’s when I realized I had chased a false ideal and wasted two precious years. Now I want to find Mark and apologize from the bottom of my heart. I’ve reached out to friends and family but can’t locate him. If you see this, Mark, please contact the Selshow team. I hope we can talk and rebuild what we lost.
