The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) branches in Ovia North East and Ovia South West, Edo State, paid a courtesy visit to the Edo State Deputy Governor. The youth leaders discussed stronger collaboration between organised youth groups and the state government, with focus on participation in governance, leadership development, empowerment, peace-building and community development. The delegation also called for practical programmes and opportunities that will support young people across both local government areas.
