Ralphs Okey Nwosu, former National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, has accused INEC officials of actively guiding the party’s leadership selection that installed David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola. Speaking on Arise Television, Nwosu said his two decades of experience with the electoral body never prepared him for such involvement. He described the move as “scandalous.” He added that INEC personnel did more than observe. They advised on procedural compliance and attended all meetings that produced the new ADC leadership. His comments fuel ongoing debates over internal party disputes and INEC’s oversight role in political party affairs.

I'm not sure there's enough proof here. Where's any concrete link between INEC and Mark's appointment?

Given his own political background, maybe Nwosu's objections stem from personal disappointment rather than objective wrongdoing.

We need transparent internal probes and independent audits of INEC's role before jumping to conclusions.
