Shehu Sani Alleges ADC Leaders Wanted ‘Power Ritual’ for Obi and Kwankwaso

Shehu Sani has accused top figures in the African Democratic Congress of scheming to use Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso for a ‘‘power ritual.’’ The former lawmaker said some ADC members attacking Obi and Kwankwaso did so after the pair resigned from the party. He claimed those critics wanted to ‘‘rob Peter to pay Paul.’’ He described the duo’s departure as a response to that plot and likened it to fleeing a ‘‘gang’’ in Gwagwalada. The exchange comes amid rising tensions between supporters of Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso and backers of Atiku Abubakar over realignments ahead of the next elections.

I'm not convinced a ritual claim affects their standing without solid proof, seems exaggerated.

It's strange these allegations only emerged after Obi and Kwankwaso resigned, suggesting there may be a political motive behind the timing.

Calling this a power ritual sounds sensational. Political battles often get framed with dramatic labels to distract from real policy debates.

Supporters and observers should ask for credible proof before accepting sensational claims, prioritizing verified information over hearsay.
