Operation Hadin Kai Arrests ISWAP Logistics Courier in Monguno
Troops from Operation Hadin Kai arrested a suspected Boko Haram/ISWAP logistics courier on April 20, 2026. The arrest took place around 6:20 p.m. at the Charlie 19 area of Monguno town in Borno State. The suspect, identified as a man from Gajiram in Nganzai LGA, was intercepted en route to Bindur village in Kukawa LGA. Intelligence indicated he planned to deliver supplies to terrorist groups. Security forces recovered 180 mosquito coils, 12 packs of a local drink brand, one Itel mobile phone and N500 in cash. The suspect is now held by Sector 3 for further interrogation. Military authorities say this action is part of ongoing efforts to disrupt insurgent supply chains across the theatre of operations.
