A leading financial services organisation in Lagos is hiring an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. The role involves advising business leaders on employee relations, labour-law compliance, workforce planning, recruitment, HR policies and organisational change. The successful candidate will also manage sensitive workplace issues, analyse workforce data and support Group HR initiatives.
