A foreign traveller has shared his first impressions of arriving in Lagos, saying the whole process was smoother than expected despite the negative warnings he saw online. He described immigration as seamless, with friendly officials and no attempts to solicit extra fees. Everything from passport checks to customs went without issue. His only hiccup was a brief wait for his luggage, which had already been removed from the belt. Overall, he called the experience “super easy” and urged others not to believe all the horror stories they read.
