Stanley Eguma Appointed Buffles du Borgou Head Coach

Nigerian coach Stanley Eguma has been appointed head coach of Benin Republic top-flight side Buffles du Borgou ahead of the 2026/27 season. Eguma arrives with extensive Nigeria Premier Football League experience. He led Rivers United to the 2021/22 league title and previously worked with Enyimba and Nigeria’s U-23 Eagles. The CAF A Licence holder will manage outside Nigeria for the first time. Buffles du Borgou, who finished fifth last season, will hope his experience can push them into contention for domestic honours.
