Oyo APC Labels Viral Guber Primary Figures Fake, Awaits Official Announcement
The All Progressives Congress in Oyo State has rejected the governorship primary results currently trending online as fake and misleading. State publicity secretary Wasiu Sadare emphasised that no official figures have been released at the state level. He said all results will be formally announced by the National Secretariat after due collation and verification. Unverified reports claimed Senator Sharafadeen Alli polled 578,143 votes, with Senator Abdulfatai Buhari scoring 37,265 and former minister Bayo Adelabu securing 19,193. The party warns that these tallies are unauthorized and should be disregarded until confirmed.
