Nollywood actor Jide Awobona has condemned those who use Temi Otedola’s smooth maternity experience to shame other expectant mothers. He praised Temi’s grace during her white-themed shoot and wished her a safe delivery. But he warned against calling other women “dramatic” simply because their pregnancies differ. Awobona shared examples—from a mother fetching water and going about her day before childbirth, to others walking miles near their due dates—to show that every pregnancy is unique and often challenging behind the scenes. He urged everyone to respect women’s bodies and motherhood journeys. He also teased his upcoming project “ÌKÚNLÈ”, which explores women’s experiences from conception to childbirth.
