Senator Ali Ndume says the 2027 presidential election will be as fierce as a WWE match. He spoke on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics. Asked whether President Tinubu and the APC can withstand the challenge from Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar and others, Ndume replied that no opponent should be taken lightly. He warned that APC strategists sometimes shy away from telling the president hard truths. Ndume noted that Obi and Atiku have contested before. He said the ruling party is ready for a tough fight together with the president.
