She wasn’t materialistic and always balanced her final year studies with our relationship. I fell deeply for her and even planned to settle down once she graduated. About a month ago, she abruptly stopped replying to my messages and asked me to leave her alone. She didn’t block me or act suspiciously, but she won’t give me any explanation. The only possible issue I can think of is that I once got upset when she missed an appointment, though we never argued seriously.
