APGA Rejects Fake Defections, Reaffirms Its Strength in Oyo State

APGA Rejects Fake Defections, Reaffirms Its Strength in Oyo State

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) South West leadership has outrightly denied reports of mass defections in Oyo State. In a joint statement, National Vice Chairman (South West) Alhaji Suraj Owolabi and Oyo State Chairman Mr. Gbenga described the claims as false and misleading. They clarified that Comrade Adeshina Adewale was expelled long ago and no longer speaks for the party. His recent allegations are dismissed as politically motivated untruths aimed at creating confusion. APGA officials stressed that the party’s structures at state, local, and ward levels remain intact and growing. They noted a steady influx of new members and an ongoing registration drive. The public is urged to disregard the baseless report.
