Spyro Thanks Men Who Nearly Won His Wife, Vows to Spoil Her

Spyro Thanks Men Who Nearly Won His Wife, Vows to Spoil Her — 1 of 3
1 / 3

Nigerian singer Spyro says he’s grateful to every man who nearly won his wife before he did. He believes God used them to guide her to him and prays they never feel loss or pain. Spyro recalls the first time they met properly. He boldly told her, “I will marry you,” and only then asked for her family’s contact. He knew from that moment she was the one. For Christmas, he surprised her with a property in Abuja after she jokingly asked for wigs and a new phone. He says she deserves every blessing that comes her way. Last September, Spyro proposed to Janet Atom, calling her his first and last wife. He also playfully thanked her for saving him from “Lekki girls” and urged men to invest in and uplift their partners.

It's interesting that Spyro credits those former suitors for guiding his wife to him, but it seems overly sentimental.

Crediting every former suitor as God's instrument seems to ignore their real feelings and intentions.

Maybe a good reminder is to appreciate lessons from past relationships, then focus on nurturing your current partnership with genuine care.
