Why President Tinubu Should Replace the Foreign Affairs Minister
I believe our foreign policy has lost direction under the current leadership. Celebrating convicted felons during the prisoner swap was disgraceful and should prompt serious reflection, not applause. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs seems more focused on rescuing its own people than addressing Nigerians’ role in drug trafficking abroad. At a time when global power dynamics are shifting, we need a minister who can navigate complex international relations, not one whose priority is freeing criminals from prisons overseas. It’s time for an intellectually savvy individual to guide Nigeria’s diplomacy and protect our national interests abroad.
