Manchester United Close to Signing Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa
Manchester United have intensified talks to sign Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa following Belgium’s World Cup exit. Tielemans joined Villa on a free transfer from Leicester City in 2023 and has since made 134 appearances, scoring ten goals. He helped Villa qualify for the Champions League twice and opened the scoring in their Europa League final win under Unai Emery. Before moving to Villa, he lifted the FA Cup and Community Shield with Leicester City.
