From Ibadan Roots to London Runways: Fifi Stitches’ Modern Take on African Textiles

Esther Fiyinfoluwa Adeosun grew up beside her mother’s sewing machine in Ibadan. Today she leads Fifi Stitches between Nigeria and the UK, blending Ankara, Aso Oke and Adire with structured British tailoring. Her training spans Obafemi Awolowo University’s design programme, an online diploma and technical courses in London.
