ESUT Suspends Two Engineering Lecturers Over Alleged Extortion
Enugu State University of Science and Technology has suspended two staff members in its Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department over alleged extortion and breaches of university regulations. Dr Collins Ojeh was suspended indefinitely without pay from July 20, 2026, while Mr Emmanuel Eze was suspended pending further investigation by the institution’s Senior Staff Disciplinary Committee. Both were directed to hand over university property to the department. The action followed recommendations from an investigative committee.
