Tracking Officer Role at NG-Ride Logistics

Medessy Enterprise Limited, operating as NG-Ride Logistics, is a fast-growing transport company based in Lagos. We seek a Tracking Officer to monitor and report real-time vehicle movements, ensuring route compliance, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ● Track all company vehicles using GPS systems and enforce approved routes and schedules ● Detect and report deviations, unauthorized stops, and emergencies promptly ● Maintain communication with drivers and support operations during incidents ● Produce daily to monthly performance reports and maintain accurate trip records ● Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize fleet routes and assist in theft recovery Requirements: ● OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field ● Experience in fleet tracking, logistics, or security monitoring is an advantage ● Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills ● Proficiency with GPS tracking software and basic computer tools ● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Interested candidates should submit their CV to the HR department by Tuesday, 5 May 2026.
