Here’s How Closed-Mindedness and Money Worship Reveal Low IQ

I define low IQ not by academic performance but by a closed mind. It shows when someone can’t learn new things, question beliefs, or understand opposing views before dismissing them. People with low IQ refuse to weigh options or think through consequences. They argue with emotion instead of logic. They lack curiosity, listening skills, and long-term planning. Instead, they worship money, celebrities, and immediate success. The worst combination is ignorance mixed with religious dogmatism. This creates a bottomless pit of closed-mindedness. Such people celebrate short-term wins without seeing the ripple effects on society. Recognizing these behaviors can help us avoid blind followers. True intelligence lies in questioning assumptions, considering long-term impact, and staying open to new ideas.

What steps can someone take to challenge their own beliefs before dismissing opposing viewpoints and avoid that low IQ label?

Absolutely. Regularly reviewing your assumptions and seeking credible counterarguments can broaden your view and show you more than one side of the debate.

Try setting aside time each week to read or discuss opposing viewpoints before making judgments about intelligence or character.
