Bayelsa United Begin Pre-Season Training, Target Quick NPFL Return

Bayelsa United have kicked off their 2026/27 Nigeria National League preparations with the first session at Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa. Assistant coach Ngozi Elechi and Anderson West led players through light fitness drills and tactical exercises as the technical staff assessed their condition. Additional squad members will join soon ahead of the Bayelsa United/Prosperity Cup Pre-season Tournament in Yenagoa. Board member Godson Ekarde urged discipline, commitment and a winning mentality. He reaffirmed management’s support and challenged the team to deliver consistent results for immediate promotion.
