Ogunteach Interns Awarded Permanent Teaching Positions by Ogun SUBEB
The Ogun State Universal Basic Education Board has presented permanent appointment letters to Ogunteach interns after they completed their two-year programme. At the Board Secretariat in Abeokuta, SUBEB Chairman Evangelist Olalekan Ifede praised the interns for their dedication and resilience. He urged them to embrace their roles as full-fledged teachers and uphold professionalism in every school. Ifede commended Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun for fulfilling his promise to the trainees. He challenged the new appointees to introduce innovative ideas and ensure every learner can read, write and communicate effectively. Other board members encouraged the teachers to register with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and pursue higher qualifications. New teachers expressed gratitude and pledged to contribute meaningfully to basic education in Ogun State.
