Kylie Jenner Faces Third Lawsuit Over Chef’s Pregnancy Claims

Kylie Jenner Faces Third Lawsuit Over Chef’s Pregnancy Claims

Reality star Kylie Jenner is now battling her third lawsuit from a former employee in Los Angeles. Her ex-private chef seeks damages after alleging relentless, physically demanding work without proper support. Court documents say the chef began in November 2024 and routinely worked 11- to 12-hour days, five days a week. She informed supervisors in December she had a high-risk pregnancy but was still asked to lift heavy food items alone, leaving her dizzy and struggling to breathe. The suit cites pregnancy discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, delayed and inaccurate pay, and misclassification as an independent contractor. Neither Jenner’s team nor the chef’s representatives have commented on the latest filing.
