Why I’m Quitting Kwankwasiyya Over Obi’s VP Ticket

Why I’m Quitting Kwankwasiyya Over Obi’s VP Ticket

From today, I am leaving the Kwankwasiyya movement. I spent 17 years in it and received free education under Senator Kwankwaso. My issue is not with Sardauna. I have been deeply troubled since Kwankwaso agreed to become Peter Obi’s vice-presidential candidate. This feels like a humiliation and a disrespect to Northern Nigeria. Who is Obi in the South, let alone the North? He has not produced any lawmakers, senators, or governors through his structure. I have reached my limit and can finally express what has been in my heart. May Allah bless our leader for his scholarships and charitable works.

Free education under Senator Kwankwaso was generous, but personal benefits can't always mask political disappointments.

Are you sure that quitting is the best route? Staying might give you more influence to steer Kwankwaso's choices.
