FG Launches 100-Unit ‘Tinubu Estates’ in Every LGA for Vulnerable Nigerians
The Federal Government has begun constructing 100 Renewed Hope Housing units in each local council across the country. These “Tinubu Estates” are set aside for victims of insecurity and other disadvantaged groups. A senior presidential aide announced the project during an inspection of Phase 1 and 2 of the Renewed Hope City development in Kano. Phase 1’s 325 units are complete, while the 698 units in Phase 2 will be ready by next month. The scheme includes road networks, a school, a clinic, and a playground. It is designed to reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit and provide affordable homes for workers and vulnerable Nigerians.
