Elder Paddy Ugboh was born on May 17, 1961 in Onicha-Olona, Delta State. He is married to Henrietta Ndo Ugboh and works as a cultural administrator. As pioneer Vice President of the Organization for the Advancement of Anioma Culture, he champions the enrichment of Anioma heritage. His efforts preserve traditions, language, and customs for future generations. He organizes and supports cultural festivals and heritage events. He represents the Anioma community at public engagements and fosters partnerships. His advocacy promotes unity and intergenerational continuity. His leadership has strengthened Anioma cultural consciousness across Nigeria. He is celebrated as a tireless ambassador whose legacy inspires community development and cultural pride.
