Edo Governor Okpebholo Teams Up with Federal Environment Ministry to Protect State’s Ecosystem

The governor announced plans to establish a committee tasked with curbing encroachment into national parks and other protected areas. Minister Lawal commended Edo for creating Nigeria’s first state Forestry Commission and warned against rising deforestation risks.
