The Mumbai Police Anti-Narcotics Cell detained a 46-year-old Nigerian man after seizing 203 grams of cocaine. The haul is estimated at over ₹2.03 crore on the international market. Identified as Eze Samuel Nweze from Ebonyi State, he was found in Worli without a valid passport or visa. Officers on routine patrol challenged him when he attempted to flee late on June 11. A field test confirmed the white powder as cocaine. Investigators also confiscated his mobile phone, a railway ticket and some cash. He now faces charges under India’s NDPS Act and the Foreigners Act, and the probe into the supply network continues.
