One major hurdle to creating Anioma State is holding a referendum among the nine LGAs that make up Delta North Senatorial District. I want to clarify that only residents of these nine LGAs will vote. No referenda will take place outside this zone. This project belongs to the people of Anioma. Its outcome will be determined by Anioma people alone.
