Beşiktaş Confirms Wilfred Ndidi Sidelined with Hamstring Strain

Beşiktaş have announced that midfielder Wilfred Ndidi will miss upcoming matches after suffering a hamstring strain in Sunday’s defeat to Fenerbahçe. The 29-year-old pulled up in the 85th minute and an MRI revealed bleeding in his biceps femoris. His treatment has already begun under the club’s medical team. Ndidi, who joined the Istanbul side from Leicester City last summer, has scored twice in 22 league appearances this season.

True, midfield balance will wobble without Ndidi's shielding, though maybe they'll shuffle roles to cover gaps.

It's worth noting that hamstring strains can be notoriously unpredictable, potentially sidelining him longer than expected.

I'm not convinced missing one player will derail Beşiktaş completely; they've handled injuries before without collapse.

Beşiktaş should rotate carefully and rely on younger midfielders in training until Ndidi is fully fit.
